Once you have addressed the above needs, your next step is to get pre-qualified with a mortgage company over the phone or online.

Once you've been pre-qualified, and know your price range, we’ll search the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system and find properties which fit your needs. Search all our listings from our website.

After you complete your financing, and find the home you want to buy, there are inspections and closings. We adhere to a REALTOR® Code of Ethics to ensure your home buying experience is pleasant, cost-efficient and successful.
